
Channel Account Manager

We are seeking a passionate and driven Channel Account Manager to join our sales team. This is a semi-junior role, we're looking for someone hungry to learn and forge their career in IT/telco sales. This position is for you if you're looking to make the jump from an inside sales/BDR/ISR role to owning the whole sales process (and reaping the rewards).
**Responsibilities**:
- Maintain and grow relationships with designated partners, driving revenue growth and sales;
- Guide and advise partners on our product offerings, vision, and value proposition;
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide feedback on market competition and contribute to the development of solutions;
- Proactively identify and pursue new partner opportunities and build a strong sales pipeline with accurate forecasting;
- Utilize CRM to maintain accurate partner information and track opportunities;
- Deal with day-to-day account management responsibilities, helping partners with general inquiries.
**About you**:
- A strong desire to learn and succeed with a 'can-do attitude;
- Ability to prioritize and organize workload strategically;
- Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills;
- Demonstrated success in an internal sales/BDR/ISR role. You could also be someone in a junior AM, CSM, or sales operations role who wants to move into account management;
- Experience in the IT/SaaS/Telecoms industry is a plus, but not required;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
