Build Strategic B2B Partnerships | Drive Growth
We're looking for an experienced Partner Channel Manager to join a market-leading provider of outsourced HR, employment law, and safety services. This role focuses on developing and managing commercial partnerships that generate quality referral leads, strengthen brand presence, and drive growth through trusted B2B relationships.
What you'll do- Identify, negotiate, and manage national referral partnerships with associations, brokers, consultants, franchisors, and other aligned organisations
- Develop and implement channel sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive partner engagement
- Develop value propositions and co-branded initiatives that engage partners and generate quality leads
- Collaborate with marketing to deliver campaigns, events, and content that amplify impact
- Build strong pipelines, track performance metrics, and continuously optimise outcomes
- Proven experience in B2B sales, partnerships, channel management, or business development
- Strong commercial acumen — you know how to craft and articulate mutual value
- Outstanding relationship and stakeholder management skills, with a natural ability to influence and engage at all levels
- Results orientation — you're proactive, accountable, and thrive in fast-paced environments
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience working across professional services, HR, or compliance sectors (highly regarded)
You'll join a collaborative national sales and marketing team that values initiative, creativity, and impact. This is a strategic role with national reach and requiring some travel.
