**About The Role**
We're thrilled to be looking for an Air to Water Strategist This is a fantastic new role at MHIAA for a dynamic Technical Sales Support Strategist (A2W Strategist) to become a key player in our collaborative Air to Water team, based in VIC, Notting Hill.
As a pivotal member reporting to the Air to Water (A2W) Manager, you'll champion our innovative products across all sales channels. Your role will involve elevating technical knowledge through engaging presentations, orchestrating impactful product seminars, conducting benchmarking, analysing market trends, and shaping strategic product plans. **What You'll Do**:
- Promote new products to all sales channels for technical knowledge improvement, such as creating presentations, organizing product seminars, benchmarking, marketing analysis, product planning, etc.
- Provide quotations to meet targets
- Present and train new customers on new products
- Provide technical support to end-users
**What You'll Bring**:
- Full Australian working rights is essential.
- Plumbing trade qualification
- Technical experience within the heat pump or boiler manufacturer/distributorship environment with a minimum of 5 years technical sales and consulting experience
- Practical and theoretical knowledge of refrigeration components and operating functions
- Proven experience in working with sales budgets, targets, and KPIs
- Experience in identifying growth and retention opportunities and managing implementation to achieve required outcomes
- Experience in the preparation of quotation and tender documents
