About Us:Container Exchange (COEX) is the not-for-profit organisation appointed to manage and grow QLD's Containers for Change.
Our vision is 'no container goes to waste' and we're committed to driving change for future generations.
Since we began in 2018, we've kept more than 10 billion containers out of landfill, returning more than $1 billion in 10 cent refunds to households, charities and community groups.

The Role:As our Acquisition Coordinator you'll be a pivotal link between prospective partners, the Acquisition team, and internal teams, ensuring a seamless experience for applicants and contributing to the overall success of the program.
Reporting to our Acquisition Manager you'll play a key part in enabling the growth and expansion of the Containers for Change container refund point (CRP) network.
This is a 12-month contract opportunity.
Manage acquisition communications by triaging inbox enquiries and supporting prospective applicants through the application process.
Coordinate and track new leads for partners and site applicants, ensuring accurate records and timely progression to submission.
Support proposal development by assisting Acquisition Leads with drafting, formatting, and compiling high-quality documentation.
Prepare and publish go-to-market materials including tenders and EOIs.
Engage stakeholders and collaborate cross-functionally to support site applications, strategic communications and performance delivery.
Contribute to continuous improvement and safety culture by embracing change, enhancing processes and supporting governance initiatives.

Desired skills and experience:
Alignment with our COEX values and a passion for sustainability.
Minimum 2-3 years' experience in a similar role.
Demonstrated experience in administration, coordination, customer service or project support, in a high-volume, process-driven environment.
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, a high level of professionalism and integrity and ability collaborate effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems, with the ability to manage applications and track progress.
Experience in proposal preparation, stakeholder mapping, or sustainability-related industries is desirable but not essential.
Holds a Blue Card or can obtain one when appointed.
