Action Smart Group is the largest, nationwide hail repairer and are currently responding to national hail events through our new acquired main repair facility based in Pinkenba.

We are looking for a Customer Service Administrator to be the friendly and welcoming face of the repair facility.

Our large operations have significant turnover of repairs, so we need you to work well under pressure, meet deadlines and multitask. You will promote a strong service culture and have capability to:

- Deliver professional and efficient customer service both by telephone and face to face
- Efficient and accurate data entry and maintenance of our database
- Ability to manage complaints and difficult customers face to face or over the phone
- Effective communication and show initiative
- Manage multiple priorities and meet required time frames
- Experience in the insurance and/or automotive industry would be ideal and exposure to claims management databases

**Our contracted insurance partners require that our customer facing staff can provide evidence of having been double vaccinated to protect against COVID-19. Must have Drivers licence (manual preferred).**
