The Ad Product & Strategy Manager will support the development of the ad product roadmap, ensuring that existing opportunities are maximised as well as developing new ones.

This is an opportunity for a digital ad product and strategy expert, to establish thought leadership within the digital marketing industry.

**What's the role?**
- Manage new product development process as well as key Ad Product initiatives including business-casing, project & approvals and post-implementation review (process & product).
- Oversee governance of the product catalogue and roadmap, including presentation and delivery in market facing documents and business systems.
- Management of development timelines including scoping, feasibility analysis, and prototyping.
- Maintaining knowledge of product mapping and revenue allocation to advise on product performance.
- Provide ad product expertise to the wider business, deliver SLA and communication framework, ensure alignment of goals, resources and KPIs.
- Provide a view on the market, trends, revenue patterns & opportunities.
- Act as the key contact to consult with and develop project plans involving the ad kit and provide requirements to the delivery teams including ad tech, ad ops, pricing and yield teams.
- Manage existing and exploration & onboarding of new partnership opportunities.
- Ideation, scoping, developing and delivering of ad product solutions that help NCA customers achieve their business objectives.
- Product iterations, improvements and portfolio management.
- Driving digital revenue streams.
- Collaboration with Tech, Product teams and Site Owners to ensure smooth delivery of ad products.
- Business casing and presentation of new product ideas to internal stakeholders.

- Ability to manage competing priorities and make recommendations on product investments based on customer feedback and market analysis.
- Collaborative and drive multiple & varied stakeholders to a solution within required timeframes.
- Translate concerns and issues into implications and actions.
- Interpret large datasets as well as create reports and other reporting criteria.
- Pro-active with a capacity to pinpoint what our clients want.
- Expert understanding of the digital advertising landscape.
- Digital ad product and strategy experience.
- Experience with product marketing roadmap, delivery and execution.
