**JOB SUMMARY**
The
**Data and Ad Product Specialist** is responsible for the ongoing success of the digital ad product portfolio related to commercial video products. The role develops commercial ad product strategies that maximise our client's core strengths in the market. The role also drives revenue through in-market representation and sales support.
**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Create a proactive strategic sales roadmap, designed to maximize existing opportunities in market and unlock new ones
- Spearhead ideation, scoping, market validation and review elements of the Ad Product development process, in collaboration with Digital Revenue team
- Lead Ad Product brief responses, developing actionable insights, sales proposals and packages for existing and new business opportunities, in order to deliver solutions and results for customers
- Drive digital ad product portfolio internally by building and maintaining outstanding relationships with the sales team, as well as development and delivery of training programming and onboarding
- Assist with the creation of best-in-class sales collateral relating to new product launches and iterations
- Provide a clear view of the drivers behind business performance through revenue reporting, aligning activity to deliver on growth objectives
- Act as the market expert on digital ad products, keeping up-to-date on trends that present opportunities to News Corp
- Monitor competitive offerings to ensure we retain a product & service advantage
**JOB QUALIFICATIONS**
- Expert understanding of the digital advertising landscape, our client's competitive set, and client base
- With 4+ years' experience in digital advertising sales, sales support or marketing
- Strategic thinking with the ability to translate concerns and issues into implications and actions
- Customer advocacy, championing customer needs, and insights throughout the business
- Ability to make recommendations on product investments based on customer feedback and market analysis
- Collaborative and able to drive multiple stakeholders to a solution within required timeframes
- Proactive with a capacity to determine what our clients need before they do
- Ability to find a path to success in any situation
- Confident, articulate with strong professional presentation skills and experience
