**The Company**:
Clarrow Recruitment is partnering with a fast-growing tech start-up who are taking over the media space by challenging the status quo of how data is shared between media owners, planners, and producers.

**The Opportunity**:
As an Ad Operations Manager, you be a detail-oriented, process-driven individual who understands multiple channels of media and is also comfortable speaking to both internal and external stakeholders. In addition, you will need to be able to creatively interpret media data/ media spec sheets.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Organisational skills are critical to the role
- Have great interpersonal communication skills
- Meticulous when it comes to detail and great problem-solving skills
- Able to work directly with multiple clients
- Conduct weekly meetings with the internal team to provide updates on client projects and status
- You should be able to provide general ad operations support, troubleshooting, and guidance ensuring the campaign team can meet its deliverables to multiple stakeholders
- Ability to move fast and deal with multiple priorities at any given time
- Understanding of general tools such as Microsoft Office, Notion, Slack

**Requirements**:

- Media Agency or Media Publishing experience is essential for this role.
- If you have come from a production or ad ops background this is desirable.
- PR or Australian Citizenship (Sponsorship will not be offered for this role)
