We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our supportive and diverse team, representing a well-known Australian furniture retailer. You'll be the go-to expert, assisting customers with everything from placing orders to tracking deliveries across multiple platforms.

**Key details**
- Full-time (38 hours/week).
- Monday to Saturday 9:00 am to 5:30 pm (rotating roster).
- Located at Brickworks Place, Rochedale, QLD (FREE Parking).
- In-depth paid training to set you up for success
- Australian based role.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions by updating accounts.
- Initiate necessary communication with stores following customer interactions.
- Process customer orders in accordance with client specifications.
- Identify and escalate critical issues to management for timely resolution.
