Are you ready to take the next step in your career? Boral invites candidates for the Customer Service Agent role to our upcoming Assessment Centre Day. Date: Tuesday 30th September or Thursday 2nd October 2025. Location: Boral Office - Milton.

Responsibilities
  • Based in Milton, you will provide support for our customers in relation to orders and general enquiries.
  • You will work off a monthly roster with shifts ranging between our opening hours of 5:30 am to 4:45 pm Monday to Friday and a rotational roster for Saturdays, 5:30 am to 12:00 pm.
What are we looking for?
  • Be a punctual, professional and reliable team member, joining your peers in the office - 5 days per week.
  • Enthusiastic customer focus, willing to be an integral part of a busy and efficient order-taking and distribution team
  • Exceptional communication skills to identify and resolve customer issues and capture customer orders with the highest level of precision
  • Computer literate
  • Proven ability to learn and meet the challenges of an ever-changing environment.
