**Your opportunity**
Scentre Group is widely recognized as a leader in the retail property industry. Within our organization, we have a dedicated team called the Embedded Networks and Energy Team, responsible for managing the energy needs of our living centre portfolio. This includes powering HVAC systems, lighting, vertical transport, and essential infrastructure. Additionally, we facilitate the supply of energy to our retailers through on-selling arrangements.
As the Energy Sales Account Manager, your responsibilities will involve leading the management of accounts and driving sales to our energy customers. You will oversee coordinating sales service providers and ensuring direct engagement with customers.
**Your key accountabilities will include**:
A key part of your role will see you developing, implementing, and operating the pricing strategy in order to deliver on our business plan including implementation of Scentre Group's Net Zero ambitions.
- Account and Sales Management, including management of sales service providers
- Develop and implement pricings strategies to achieve group goals
- Ensure compliance with laws and regulations (Energy, Consumer, Retail Leases)
- Develop and gain legal approval for customer contracts
- Preparing and gaining approval for Pricing strategy and individual offers
- Manage Customer Care - investigation, resolution and / or escalation of Customer issues
- Manage service provider deliverables
- General commercial support for group operations
**What will set you apart from the rest?**
- 3-5 years' experience in a data analytics field involving the management and manipulation of large complex data sets into actionable and accurate information
- Tertiary qualifications in information technology / business or a related field
- Experience processing data in large-scale environments using SQL, Cognos, TM1 and ideally R and/or Python programming and technology stacks such as AWS, Azure or Google Big query
- Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving
- Ideally you will have experience in analysing energy and metering data (but not essential)
- Advanced experience with data visualisations tools like Excel, power point, Tableau or NEO
