We are looking to hire an experienced motor trimmer (Automotive Upholsterer). I understand this is a little unusual for a job add, as there is no set figures / hours / rates ect.

This job role is completely flexible around the applicant and their prior experience / needs. Skill set & knowledge will hugely dictate pay rates. For the right person, a commission or profit share structure can be discussed.

Our current core business is manufacturing products to ship around the world (Floor mats / Dash mats ect). But we are really wanting to hire an experienced trimmer to not only develop new product ranges quicker, but begin offering custom motor trimming to our demanding customer base.

As we are a trusted brand in the local and online communities, we are perfectly poised to launch a high quality motor trimming branch of the business ASAP. It will comes down to the right person getting in touch, and working out a deal that is lucrative for both parties. The right person will be paid accordingly (+ potential commision ect). Please trust I have the best intentions regarding maximum pay rates to said applicant, just have to make this new venture viable financially.

Pay: $35.00 - $60.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 38 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission

- Australia (preferred)
