**_Do you have a love for the hospitality industry, provide outstanding customer service and be a true professional?_**

We are currently seeking casual positions of **_Guest Services Agent_** member to join our team, who are engaged on an as-needed basis and provides for flexibility when rostering. Reporting to the Gallery Manager, your main responsibility will be to welcome guests, assist with face to face enquiries, reservations and check-ins for the busy restaurant and event venues at Sydney Tower Dining. You must be a true representative of this fantastic attraction and restaurant destination. First impressions are very important so we are looking for a bubbly personality and strong customer service experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and check in guests to the appropriate dining venue
- Process payments accurately and efficiently
- Stay informed on current offers, promotions, and venue details
- Collaborate closely with the team to ensure smooth guest flow
- Provide support and solutions in guest service situations
- Maintain an organised and professional front desk area

**What We're Looking For**:

- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable manner
- Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude
- Proficiency in computer systems including Microsoft Excel
- A reliable team player with strong communication skills

**Requirements**:

- Valid NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate
