Residential Construction Lead
We are seeking an accomplished Residential Construction Lead to oversee the development of luxury residential homes across Sydney's Northern Beaches & North Shore.
Main Responsibilities
Project Management: Oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring efficient execution of tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Quality Control: Ensure high-end finishes and quality standards are consistently maintained at all sites.
Time Management: Schedule and coordinate works to meet project deadlines, promoting timely completion of construction projects.
Collaboration: Liaise with architects, consultants, and clients in a professional and courteous manner.
Safety Compliance: Enforce WHS compliance and manage site safety, maintaining a secure work environment for all personnel.
Progress Tracking: Monitor progress, manage materials, and report on job status, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
Site Maintenance: Maintain clean, organised, and efficient building sites, promoting a positive working environment.
About You
Proven experience as a Residential Construction Lead on high-end residential builds ($25+).
Carpentry or trade background highly regarded.
Excellent knowledge of construction processes, detailing, and finishes.
Strong leadership, time management, and communication skills.
A passion for craftsmanship and building excellence.
Current White Card, Driver's License Cert IV or Diploma in Building & Construction.
