**About us**

WA's Premier Chilli Growers is located in Perth's Northern Suburbs. We are a family-owned fresh produce farming business that has been established for over 10 years within the industry. We pride ourselves on our relaxed, cheerful, and professional business, which we call work.

**Qualifications & experience**
- minimum 2 years experience as a Sales & Marketing manager or similar role is essential.
- postgraduate degree in Sales or Marketing.
- Enthusiastic and can-do attitude is essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

**Tasks**
- Partnering effectively with the Director to drive growth in Chilli sales.
- Engaging with both new and existing clients to foster strong relationships.
- Diligently tracking targets and KPIs to ensure success.
- Analysing crop estimates and strategically aligning sales with market demand.
- Producing insightful reports for the Director to inform decision-making.
- Upholding rigorous quality control and traceability records for customer satisfaction.

**Responsibilities**
- Implementing sales strategies and targets to maximize sales and customer loyalty.
- Managing the promotion of the organization's products and services to a wide audience.
- Developing strategies to enhance brand image and increase consumption of goods and services.
