New opportunity for a highly motivated and customer focused On Site Customer Representative to join our Toll Global Forwarding (TGF) team. Based from our customer site at Mascot, you will act as the daily interface between TGF and our Customer to ensure seamless and professional service to meet KPI's & required expectations delivering maximum excellence through profitability and innovation.

You will join Toll's top 3 retail customer (a global big brand retailer, who provide a variety of designer and high quality fashion apparel and home wares), where you will be in charge of inbound shipments into Australia while working closely with the customer logistic team.

Key responsibilities include:
- Deliver exceptional customer service, first class advice, assistance, advocacy and escalation resolution.- Monitor shipments and provide customers with status updates and delivery confirmations.- Provide timely and accurate processing of all shipments to meet Toll, legislative, client requirements and best practice.- Prepare and process documentation related to shipping, customs clearance, and other logistics activities.- Assist in developing and implementing customer service policies and procedures.- Manage regular business reviews.

To ensure you success, you will possess:
- 5 years+ of customer service experience across freight forwarding, logistics, import/export operations.- Strong customer engagement, communication and problem solving skills- Strong attention to detail, numerical, data analysis, reporting and presentation skills.- Sounds MS Office knowledge - Outlook, Work, Excel and PowerPoint- Knowledge across CargoWise1 highly advantageous
