**Description**:
About the role

The main responsibilities of our customer service representatives is to ensure customer and consumer enquiries are dealt with promptly and professionally. Some of the other responsibilities include:

- Supply admin support for our web and finance teams in relation to websales and pharmacy credits.

Attend to inbound calls efficiently with a sense of purpose with customer and consumer satisfaction in mind.
Work with and assist as a team support to the company Field Representatives.
Take customer orders & upsell where possible on behalf of Field Representatives if required.
Track orders and deliveries at the request of our customers and consumers.
Investigating of and follow thru of consumer enquiries from websales. Providing refund information to Finance where applicable.
Forwarding of all orders to Field Force as and when required.
Being the backup on Reception at any time requested.
Learning and keeping up to date with all internal computer systems and requirements.
Ensure compliance of all company procedures and policies.

**Skills and Experiences**:
About you

Relevant customer service experience
Results focused background - experience in working in a Performance measured environment.
Strong confident phone manner.
A love of people and the passion and desire to provide excellent customer service.
Time management skills and the ability to prioritise and work under pressure.
Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
Must possess initiative and be well organised.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong and proactive problem solving skills.
Ability to collect, analyse and organise information, with attention to detail.
Good understanding of Salesforce and JDE would be advantageous
