**Electrical Facilities Manager**

We currently have an exciting opportunity for an **Electrician **to join our key client in Southport, QLD as an **Electrical Facilities Manager **.

**About the Role**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Monitor and measure Contract Performance, promoting continuous improvement.
- Develop scopes of works and contract documentation for the Service Contracts.
- Facilitate planning for prescribed maintenance, service and activities in line with tendered obligations.
- Ensure the contract's subcontractors and suppliers are effectively managed.
- Provide technical and management service and support to clients as required.
- Ensure proper equipment and resources are available to perform the task.

**Skills and Experience**
- Electrical Trade Licensed (HV would be a bonus).
- Excellent communication skills.
