Facilities Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled professional to manage our facilities.

The ideal candidate will have experience in hard services, facilities coordination or a trade background, with strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks efficiently.

Key responsibilities include managing incoming customer requests, coordinating with internal teams and external contractors, conducting on-site inspections and audits, and assisting with scopes and quotes.

As part of our team, you will be expected to communicate effectively with clients, colleagues and contractors, and demonstrate a positive attitude, including being proactive, results-driven and eager to grow.
