A fulltime opportunity for a detail-oriented individual to join the Processing department at our Parramatta Creek Processing factory. Ideally you will have experience in a production or food processing environment with strong attention to detail.

**The role**

Reporting to the Quality Assurance manager, this position will ensure products meet quality and safety specifications through routine testing and auditing. Working Monday to Friday, you will:

- Oversee Good Manufacturing Practices and audit Pre-Requisite Programs.
- Actively ensure staff are following correct hygiene policies and procedures.
- Carry out product and quality checks, ensuring any issues are elevated and actioned immediately.
- Maintain strong communication channels with Production managers, QA and QI team members, and production staff.

- Relevant qualifications and experience within Quality Assurance.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Understands and values the perspectives and diversity of others.
- Strong ability to adapt, deal with uncertainty, and remain calm in a changing environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and a proactive focus on continuous improvement.
