**Finance Officer**

**Westmead Private Hospital** is seeking a **Finance Officer** to join their team in this **Permanent Full-Time opportunity**

**About the Role**

This opportunity will see you joining our Finance team at the Westmead Private Hospital. Our Finance Officers assist with the daily functions of the department and the monthly accounting and reporting process. The successful applicant will also help with the new processes required for Public and CAFAT admissions. Finance Officers report directly to the Director of Finance & Administration.

**About You**
- High level of communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and perform tasks in a timely manner whilst maintaining good working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Attention to detail and financial accuracy
- Sound computer skills using the MS Office Suite and Web based reporting systems
- Experience in an office environment (desirable)
- Previous experience in the health care sector (desirable)
- Previous experience in medical billings and hospital based financial processes (desirable)

**Requirements**:

- Must be **vaccinated against Covid-19** a vaccine approved by the Australian Technical Advisory Group on Immunisation
- _Must provide a _**National Police** check conducted within the previous 12 months
- According to the role, Ramsay may require a **Working-With-Children** check and **proof of immunisation** against infectious diseases
