Executive Assistant To Founding Partner

This is a strategic leadership role that requires exceptional organizational and project management skills. The successful candidate will provide high-level executive support to the Founding Partner, driving initiatives and projects that propel the organization's success.

  • Support the Founding Partner in executing the firm's growth strategy
  • Provide high-level Executive support to the Founding Partner including diary management, travel, expense reporting and other work-related requirements
  • Board support as well as preparing agendas and minutes
  • Provide administrative support to the wider team including office management duties and event support
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • At least 5 years' experience supporting at the C-Suite, Chair or GM level within a private equity or financial services firm
  • Collaborative team player with strong stakeholder relationships
  • Project management and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
