Facilities Team Leader (Trolleys, Cleansing and Waste Management) required for varied permanent position

This is an extremely exciting Permanent position offering stability and the potential to develop and grow within the company.

**It is a hands-on FACILITIES job and requires someone who can work flexible hours and manage the day-to-day operations across Supermarket carparks and store facilities.**

**Position: Facilities Team Leader (Trolleys, Cleansing and Waste Management)**

**Salary**: $79k + super + 10% incentive + employee shopping discounts
Must be a Permanent Resident or Australian Citizen

**Multiple positions open - stores include Bass Hill, Cherrybrook, Leichhardt, Miranda, Minto, Carlingford and more.**

You may be responsible for multiple sites but based at a primary store. This would mean you would have shifts at different locations so must have your own transport.

**Other aspects**:

- You must be able to work across a roster that includes 1 morning, 1 late shift, and alternate weekends
- You are willing to undertake the physical demands of this role
- You have experience leading a team and will be managing 10 to 40 trolley collectors and facility cleaners
- You have organisational skills and experience specific to team management, operations, and rostering
- You have the confidence to engage with Customers, Department Managers, and other Store/Service Leadership
- You are comfortable working within regulated frameworks (e.g. Food Safety, IR, Code of Conducts, etc)
- You are able to mentor and coach your team
- You have a Drivers' Licence
- You have a good eye for detail and cleanliness
