Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Facilities Coordinator to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the centre team in delivering top-quality hard and soft services to enhance the customer and retailer experience.
  • Manage the Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to prioritise and track work orders effectively.
  • Assist in environmental and sustainability initiatives, improving outcomes through reporting and stakeholder engagement.
  • Ensure maintenance, repairs, and capital works are completed accurately, on time, and to a high standard.
  • Communicate effectively with key internal and external stakeholders.
  • Build strong relationships with service providers to ensure timely, compliant, and cost-effective delivery.
  • Address and resolve customer and retailer facility-related concerns while collaborating on cross-functional projects.
  • Understand and support the delivery of Reactive Maintenance Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Requirements:
  • Experience in retail, property, hospitality, facilities, or building management.
  • Strong customer service skills and excellent administrative abilities.
  • Proven ability to supervise contractors, clarify instructions, and manage stakeholder priorities.
  • Comfortable using business and building management systems.
  • Flexibility to work in a dynamic environment, including weekend coverage at least once a week.
