Job Description Summary

An exciting opportunity has arisen for Work Allocator to join our Advanced Metering team at ServiceStream Australia
About the Role

Service Stream's Energy and Water division are currently seeking a Work Allocator to join our Advanced Metering team. Reporting directly to the Planning Lead, you will be responsible for contributing to the profitability and growth of Service Stream by performing allocation and administrative duties.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and drive field staff to ensure all work orders are handled end-to-end and within regulatory timeframes
- Facilitate and manage all aspects of workforce scheduling, planning and allocation using Excel and other relevant systems
- Outbound calls to customers and other parties on a daily basis
- Identify and consolidate data from the client in order to plan and allocate work orders
- Maintain field resource leave requests to ensure adequate resourcing
- Working efficiently with Service Stream and client systems and databases
- Ensure all work performed is in accordance with contractual quality and safety requirements to company standards and to the satisfaction of the customer
- Undertake and complete any other duties as requested by Team Leader / Manager
- Strong focus on servicing the client's expectations

Skills and Experience
- Minimum 12 months experience in an office environment is essential
- Competencies in MS Office suite: Word, Excel, Outlook
- Excellent organisational and administration skills
- High level attention to detail
- Able to work discreetly with sensitive and confidential information
