Overview An Australian owned International Freight Forwarder / Logistics Company is seeking an experienced 3PL Warehouse Manager to run the temperature-controlled facility in Eagle Farm or Murarrie, QLD.About the Role Overall Management of 3000 sqm / 2000 pallet space Customs Bonded facility including:Arrange container unpacks and empty returnsEnsure goods are stored at the right chilled / frozen / ambient temperatureOrder fulfilment, Receiving & Dispatch activities within SLAManage a team of 4-5 storemenMonitor due dates & lead timesMaximise delivery by meeting customer deadlinesPrioritise orders for release in line with delivery due datesInventory ManagementAssist with Key Process Definition and DocumentationProcess improvement recommendations and implementationEnsure WHS policies are metAny other relevant tasks as assigned by managementAbout You3+ yrs experience managing a 3PL facilityExperience running a temperature-controlled facilityStaff management experienceWMS experience (preferably Cargowise1)What's In It For YouWork for a successful and growing Australian owned CompanyDynamic work environment with excellent support from managementCompetitive salaryRight to WorkOnly Candidates with relevant local experience and full working rights will be considered
