**About the role**
The Performance and Reporting Manager is responsible for Workforce planning and procuring line marking services and performance reporting. The role is also accountable for providing contract and project management support in the development and implementation of Signs and Markings maintenance programs to meet agreed to agreed timeframes, cost, quality standards and scope objectives as per client requirements.
- Responsibilities:_
- Provide specialist support to the team throughout the life cycle of the programs to resolve technical, environmental, contract and project management issues and optimise solutions through the considered implementation of appropriate procedures, guidelines, processes, and practices.
- Lead and streamline workforce planning and procurement of project services for internal and external customers.
- Ensure that available resources or contracts are used to deliver the requirements of Government and Customers and are compliant with NSW Government and WHS requirements.
- Develop effective and efficient cost management system to ensure effective financial management of project/contract and monitoring of project performance to ensure nominated components of the project are completed to the required scope, time, cost, and quality and client business objectives.
- Develop and implement appropriate procedures, guidelines, processes, and practices to ensure environmental protection safeguards, work health and safety requirements, and community consultation are incorporated into project and contract documentation.
- Review and improve business systems, processes and costs and report on activities, performance and issues against plans and budgets.

**About you**
- Demonstrated knowledge of the technical aspects of materials, equipment and techniques used in maintenance/infrastructure projects and extensive experience in the implementation of Quality Assurance Systems, WH&S, Risk and Environmental Management strategies.
- Experience in the preparation of tender documentation, tendering procedures and overseeing maintenance/construction contracts and/or professional services contract
- Ability to prepare and manage the performance of Business programs including physical and financial dashboards.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Permanent resident or citizen
- Per NSW Government policy all employees must be fully vaccinated.
