Inspire Trust: Build lasting relationships with clients, guiding them with empathy through the process of pre-planning their funeral needs.
Tailor Solutions: Recommend personalised pre-paid funeral plans that align with clients' wishes, ensuring peace of mind for them and their families.
Grow Your Impact: Proactively manage a robust sales pipeline, from lead generation to follow-ups and conversions, using your creativity to exceed targets.
Be a Community Advocate: Represent Guardian Plan and our funeral brands as a trusted advisor, fostering goodwill and strengthening our presence in Tasmania.
What You Bring: Proven success in a B2C sales role, with a knack for surpassing targets and building pipelines.
A passion for community engagement and relationship-based selling, with the ability to connect on sensitive topics with empathy.
Strong communication and rapport-building skills, with a proactive approach to networking and business development.
Familiarity with CRM tools and intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
A positive, can-do attitude and a drive to make a difference in your community.
An unrestricted driver's license to travel across Hobart and surrounding areas.
