Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, coordinate and implement all aspects of the funeral service for a family and inform them with the various options available to honour their loved one.
  • Work closely with the family from first contact to guide them through what is required and respond to their requests with service options and solutions
  • Implement the funeral plan on the day, direct the team and provide support and guidance for the family

You will be working closely with families at a time when they need it most, providing empathy and compassion as you help them celebrate the life of their loved one.

Requirements:
  • A strong customer service ethos and pride yourself on service delivery, problem–solving and customer satisfaction
  • Professional attitude with an empathetic and compassionate approach towards people
  • Be at ease working with grieving families and the deceased
  • Excellent communication and high attention to detail
  • Possess a full unrestricted driver's license
