
Demand Planning Manager

**Your impact**
An exciting opportunity has become available for a Demand Planning Manager to join our team at our Southbank office. Reporting into the Senior Manager Customer Planning, this role is responsible for managing the Demand Planning process, with the output being an accurate, consensus driven, rolling 18 month forecast.
**Key responsibilities**
- Effectively manage all stakeholders through positive, proactive engagement and collaboration
- Facilitate the creation of an aligned rolling 18 month view of unconstrained demand, based on an agreed Commercial Plan and clearly documented assumptions (budget process)
- Ensure forecasts are updated in the forecasting tools
- Participate in projects to establish and improve robust and regular planning processes
- Performance objectives set & reviewed in line with business unit Performance Development cycle process
- Performance reviews in place and conducted quarterly with all direct reports
- Lead & influence key stakeholders at all levels of the business across multiple functions to deliver 24 month rolling forecast & accuracy/service targets
**About You**
- Ideally Tertiary Qualification - Logistics / Business Degree or appropriate business experience
- Experience in a similar role within an FMCG environment
- Clear understanding of S&OP
- Experience with ERP and Production/Replenishment Planning systems
- Strong analytical capability
- Stakeholder management and influencing
- Strong communication skills written and verbal, presentation skills
