Our vision is that every NAB small business customer is a full transactional customer. This ultimately leads to higher NPS and deeper relationships. Working in partnership with bankers in Specialised Segments, you will be mainly focused on attracting new banker introduced customers by identifying a customer's needs for our Transactional Banking solutions.

**Day to day, you will**:

- Identify and address the transactional banking needs of new and existing customers through face to face and zoom meetings from referrals generated across the Small Business Commercial Broker business unit.
- Drive capability and coaching bankers around how to spot, identify and send referrals lifting the awareness of Transactional Banking.
- Identifying solutions across a diverse range of Transaction Banking products to ensure we meet client's specific needs and help improve their cashflow and working capital.
- Project manage opportunities and work in conjunction with Transactional Direct team to support the successful implementation of transactional solutions.
- Tailoring proposal for new to bank opportunities and presenting to customers.
- Strong collaboration with state based specialised segment teams.
