About the Role

As a key player in our Corporate Finance sector, you will be empowered to make a positive difference for customers and communities by executing bespoke, specialised transactions.

This pivotal role involves managing and executing complex transactions, working closely with Associate Director and Senior Associates to ensure obligations are met and documentation is accurate and on time.

You will maintain the accuracy of Transaction Events to guarantee related covenants and obligations are actioned in accordance with transaction documents within their respective deadlines.

To deliver seamless outcomes, you will bring the right people together, collaborating with multiple stakeholders including Asset Finance and Leasing, Audit, Tax, Legal and other key teams, both internal and external.

Your ability to work quickly and with purpose will enable you to action time-sensitive tasks and process transaction inputs across systems like Office, SAP and Kapiti.

In addition, you will look to find simple solutions by identifying process improvements and contributing to clear, easy-to-follow instruction manuals.

Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Skilled financial services/banking practitioner with extensive tertiary level accounting/finance knowledge
  • CA/CPA qualification would be favourably regarded
  • Advanced analytical aptitude and strong organisational skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Intermediate computer skills in Excel & Word
