**About the Opportunity:**

This role in Specialised Transaction Management offers a unique chance to learn and contribute to efficient service delivery.

As part of our STM's Corporate Trust team, you will work with Senior colleagues to support the execution of transactions. This includes:

  • Finalising post-deal administration tasks.
  • Ensuring Special Purpose Vehicles obligations are met.
  • Collaborating with Group Tax & external Tax Advisors as required.
  • Executing customer payments and trade instructions.

**Requirements:**

Strong understanding of legal, regulatory, financial and operational aspects of corporate trust transactions is necessary.

Excellent communication skills are also required.

Ability to adapt to changing priorities is crucial.

Confidently challenging the status quo and embracing continuous improvement is vital.
