**About the role**:
This is an exciting opportunity to play an integral role in shaping the future of Supply Chain at Stratco. Located in our Adelaide head office, this is a rare opportunity to join the Oracle implementation team as a Supply Chain SME, with a particular focus on Supply and Demand Planning and Procurement.

You will be instrumental in defining the system and process requirements for Supply Chain, including reviewing processes and considering upstream and downstream impacts across all areas of the business. You will have a critical role to play in a major and broad implementation, covering a new cloud-based ERP, a new Reporting & Analytics suite, new Application Integration platform, new Point of Sale solution, Scanning technology and more This role will give the opportunity to develop relationships across all Departments and Divisions and enable you to be seen as a Supply Chain leader within the business.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Document current state processes, gather requirements, identify opportunities for improvement and develop a future state plan for Supply Chain processes.
- Conduct system and process testing.
- Work with the change management team to embed new technology and processes.
- Be an example of best practice; lead and coach stakeholders throughout the business on best practice.
- Collaborate across all levels of the organisation to initiate and maintain effective engagement with the program.
- Ensure delivered systems meet business requirements, align to agreed processes and achieve a suitable level of quality and stability.
- Expertly facilitate consultation with relevant stakeholders throughout the business.

**Skills, Experience and Attributes**:

- Extensive experience in Supply Chain, ideally in Supply and Demand Planning.
- Skilled business analyst and confident in identifying business requirements and reviewing solution recommendations to ensure they are fit for purpose.
- Well versed in best practice and very familiar with large ERP systems.
- You will have strong experience in supply chain process improvement and technology and ideally have previously been involved in an end to end implementation.
- Experience in delivering process or technology change initiatives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across all levels of an organisation.
- Keen interest in navigating problems to find solutions and drive continuous improvement.
- Experience in leading change initiatives.
