
Supply Chain Planning Expert

We are seeking a skilled Supply Chain Planning Specialist to join our team. This individual will be responsible for optimizing service levels, inventory, and profitability across the region. They will drive improvements in supply planning and SIOP processes with a customer-centric approach, leading digital transformation initiatives to streamline operations and enhance productivity.
The Supply Chain Planning Specialist will develop replenishment and inventory strategies balancing cash flow, service levels, and cost. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure delivery excellence and customer satisfaction. Additionally, they will manage inventory governance, product lifecycle activities, and strategic replenishment.
As a key member of our team, the Supply Chain Planning Specialist will represent replenishment in transformation projects and digitalization efforts. They will also support customer projects, promotions, and new product launches.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- A tertiary qualification in Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, or equivalent
- APICS or similar industry certification
- A Master's degree or Engineering background preferred
- 3-5 years' experience in supply chain within large, complex organizations
- Strong analytical skills (Excel, Power Query, Tableau, Alteryx)
- ERP experience (SAP, Kinaxis highly regarded)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to influence, prioritize, and solve problems in fast-paced environments
- Customer-centric mindset and results-oriented approach
