Job Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Contracts Specialist to support our executing programs in Supply Chain Management.

  • Drafting, negotiating and managing commercial agreements including NDAs, development contracts and contract variations;
  • Liaising with in-house counsel to resolve complex contractual matters;
  • Supporting internal customers to resolve supplier performance issues;
  • Undertaking process and contract template reviews and updates;
  • Supporting the development of training material and delivery to the broader SCM team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert advice on contractual requirements;
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with suppliers and stakeholders;
  • Contribute to the development of innovative solutions to support the delivery of agile solutions;
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Strong contract drafting skills and legal qualification/experience is desirable;
  • Extensive knowledge of contractual requirements in a commercial environment;
  • Knowledge of ASDEFCON contracting is beneficial but not mandatory;
  • Good understanding of end-to-end Supply Chain processes;
  • Tertiary qualifications and experience in a field of relevance to law/contract drafting.
