- Access to additional leave for eligible employees, competitive $ package + employee benefits including energy discounts +reward programsResponsible for supporting the supply chain function across the South Australian and Victoria wind portfolio, the Planning and Logistics Officer is required to maintain the supply chain and planning functions including computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS, SAP), maintenance data and financial system administration.

What you'll be doing
- Reporting to the Planning and Logistics Manager, you will use your analytical thinking and problem solving skills to support the implementation of new strategies and initiatives across the supply chain function within the wind portfolio. In addition, you will:
- Prepare and execute timely orders for repair equipment across wind assets.-
- Process requisitions for materials, supplies, services and contracts, sourcing goods and obtaining quotes.Review and recommend updates of relevant procedures, and ensure compliance with AGL HSE, policies, standards, procedures and guidelines.-
- Monitor vehicle fleet status and register, including ordering, updating and issuing cars by liaising with Fleet System.About You

What you'll bring to the table- Advanced practical knowledge of SAP or equivalent experience of similar systems, coupled with procurement experience within a heavy industrial or power industry environment.-
- Demonstrated knowledge, understanding and delivery of procurement requirements.-
- Demonstrated capability to provide concise, timely and accurate status reporting.-
- Experience working across teams and inspiring high levels of collaboration.-
