As a Post Placement Support Consultant you will** **work with a caseload of atWork Australia job seekers who are already placed in work and support them on the job

**Let's have a look at the role you're interested in**:

- Track, monitor and ensure clients outcomes
- Referrals to psychology
- Ensuring claims are made in accordance with contract requirements
- Identify areas where alternative or additional training is required and facilitate this support where appropriate
- Tracking all placements and maintaining an up-to-date records

- Effective and efficient at communicating information.;

- Ability to problem solve and implement new strategies.
