Kent is recruiting a Brownfields Superintendent. You will be responsible for developing and implementing Construction, developing project-specific procedures based on Kent Integrated Management System, management of Temporary Facilities, Earth, Piling, Civil trenching works, piping/structural fabrication and Multidiscipline erection, equipment & Module installation and leadership of construction activities for our Brownfields work scope on the construction phase of a future energy project. This role is located at our construction site approx. 20km from Brisbane CBD.**In this role, you will undertake the following duties**:

- Lead all construction activities with a focus on Safety, Quality Assurance, and Compliance.
- Participate in developing Construction Execution Plan through liaison with project participants and with reference to Kent Integrated Management System.
- Support the organisation and management of KENT workforce and execution ensuring competence of the delivery Teams to meet the ongoing work schedules.
- Responsible for assisting Senior Supervisors and Supervision in performance assessment and management of all KENT Team members, inclusive of time writing requirements.
- Support the organisation and management of KENT Subcontractors as required ensuring competence of Subcontractor Teams to meet the work scopes. Responsibilities include assisting delivery coordinators and Supervision in performance assessment and management of all KENT Subcontractors.
- Provide a key functional support role in site productivity and execution, data analysis, problem solving and improvement/innovation programs, and to bring KENT capabilities to support operations in all aspects of project delivery.
- Develop Work packs for multi-discipline construction.
- Interface with project stakeholders to ensure necessary documentation is available when required.
- Provide input to overall project schedule and planning.
- Input towards lifting studies.
- Identify project risks. Participate in project risk workshops.
- Input towards construction safety case update.
- Lead the installation campaign, work pack implementation/completions/commissioning and handover including all necessary documentation.
