**The Role**
As a Construction Manager in our Brisbane Urban Development Team you will have the opportunity to work for a Multi-Global Consultancy among a talent group of Engineering and Project Management professionals. You will focus on the Construction Management of Land Development and Civil Infrastructure Projects, as they move from design through to construction.
You will have the opportunity to work in an agile environment being part of diverse projects whilst working alongside a strong, passionate, and experienced team delivering innovative solutions.
Your day to day:
- Following the construction plan & monitoring progress in respect of time, costs & quality
- Monitoring construction work for compliance with engineering drawings, design specifications, owner's standards, and statutory regulations
- Maintaining & fostering relationships & contacts, & liaison with the Client's team on technical issues
- Reviewing contractors' plans & daily work schedules
- Ensuring that the highest standards of health, safety & environmental management are implemented

**What we are looking for**
- Relevant qualifications in Civil Engineering
- Experience in a Contracts Administration, Superintendent or Construction Engineering role ideally within a consultancy environment
- Experience in Greenfield/Brownfields Subdivision and Infrastructure projects
- An understanding of the land development process
