**About the role**:
As the successful Python Automation Test Lead appointed to this role, you will work as part of a project team to apply, design, and develop automated testing strategies to enhance test execution and build automated testing frameworks. The successful incumbent should be a hands-on Python King in testing and ready to take the next step working as a team lead; while doing hands-on testing and also getting involved with the documentation, process improvements and strategy of the internal automation testing standards.

To be successful with this requirement, you will possess the following skills and experience:

- Designing and developing test automation scripts.
- Working with existing automation guidelines and contributing to developing the framework improvements and overall automation testing strategy.
- Working or previously worked within the BDD (Behavior-driven development) framework.
- Review functional and technical requirements and perform research and analysis of test data as required for test examination to ensure products are entirely usable and acceptable for release.
- Develop and maintain test framework and test script using test automation guidelines.
- Collaborating with developers to develop solutions.
- Supporting and guiding developers as part of Test-Driven Development approach.
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Python Automation Testing matters.
- Conduct backlog refinement and task estimation.
- Demonstrated experience developing and executing test automation scripts.
- Ability to solve complex technical problems.
- Impeccable communication skills, both verbal and written.

- At least 5+ years of project-related hands-on expertise with both Python Test Automation
- 10+ years of automation testing experience
- SME expertise with both Test Automation
- BDD (Behavior-driven development).
