Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our automation testing efforts. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining comprehensive automation frameworks using Selenium, Java, and other tools.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain extensive automation frameworks using Selenium, Cucumber, and Rest Assured.
  • Oversee test execution and defect management processes.
  • Mentor and guide team members in automation testing practices.
  • Contribute to creating solutions and approaches for proposals on QA for customers.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science or related field.
  • At least 6-10 years of experience in Information Technology with a focus on automation testing.
  • Strong experience in UI, API automation, and BDD/TDD using tools like Cucumber, Serenity, and Playwright-BDD.
  • Proficient in scripting languages such as Java, J2EE, PL/SQL, Perl, Shell, Python, etc.
  • Experience with code coverage tools like Jacoco, JSCover, Sonar, etc.
  • Familiarity with build automation tools such as Maven, Gradle, and CI/CD tools like Jenkins and Bamboo.
  • Good understanding of project management tools like JIRA, ALM, Rally, etc.
Nice to Have Skills:
  • Exposure to latest trends in Quality Engineering space, including RPA, Analytics driven testing, and AI/ML in QA.
  • Knowledge on GenAI tools like GitHub Copilot and its adoption within enterprises.
  • Good experience on mobile automation solutions like UFT Mobile and others to provide fit-for-purpose solutions for clients.
