Wheat Straw Pulp Mill

**JOB DESCRIPTION**

Join our team as an Experienced Pulp Mill and Water Treatment Plant Technician, where you will play a crucial role in the installation, fine-tuning and maintenance of Ecosure Pulpmolding Technology wheat straw pulp mills and Sovisy water recycling and treatment plants.

We are seeking skilled professionals with a solid background in wheat straw waste pulping production facilities and water treatment facilities; including a proven track record in successfully installing, commissioning and fine tuning Ecosure wheat straw pulp mills and Sovisy water recycling and treatment plants that support the wheat straw pulp mill.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**

This role is responsible for assisting the Nupal technical team with the successful installation, commissioning, operation and optimisation of Ecosure Pulpmolding Technologies wheat straw pulp mills and Ecosure water recycling and treatment plant and equipment. This is to ensure the pulp mill and water treatment plant operate as per manufacturer specifications, with mínimal downtime, mínimal product quality issues and to world's best production performance practices.

**MAIN TASKS**
- Install and commission Ecosure wheat straw pulp mill and water treatment and recycling plant and equipment with precision and adherence to safety protocols.
- Conduct site assessments, prepare installation plans, and coordinate performance improvement initiatives on the Ecosure equipment.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and collaborate with management and engineering teams to resolve challenges swiftly.
- Train onsite personnel in the operation, maintenance, and safety procedures related to such pulp mill and water treatment plant and equipment.
- Document installation activities, operating procedures, maintenance procedures and provide detailed reports as required.
- Fine tune the wheat straw pulp mill and water recycling and treatment plant to their optimal performance, balancing production performance and product quality trade-offs.
- Provide re-engineered and/or alternative supplier solutions outside the Ecosure Pulpmolding product suite that will lead to improved production and maintenance performance outcomes.
- Document planned maintenance programs covering replacing parts, labour and replacement timing.
- Train and educate the local labour market to take over such activities at the end of the employment term.

**RELEVENT QUALIFICATIONS**

A technical qualification or certification in mechanical engineering, specifically wheat straw pulp mill design, wheat straw moulded fibre production design, Sovisy water treatment plants and process optimisation is preferred, but not mandatory.

**RELEVENT SKILLS**
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem solving skills in relation to wheat straw pulp production and wheat straw moulded fibre production processes and technologies, specifically Ecosure Pulpmolding pulp mills, Ecosure ECOFA 9750 thermo forming machines and Sovisy water treatment plants.
- Ability to diagnose problems and recommend solutions relating to the type of wheat straw and barrier coatings being used in production.
- Ability to work with and understand industrial automation systems and PLC programming.
- Ability to diagnose product quality issues and the root cause of those issues. (i.e. machinery, process, materials etc).
- Proficiency in developing, interpretating and providing technical drawings, diagrams, P&ID's and equipment manuals. CAD skills and experience would be highly beneficial.
- Adequate English reading, writing and communication skills.
- Ability to train operators how to safely operate and maintain the Ecosure Pulpmolding pulp mill, moulded fibre thermoforming machinery and Sovisy water recycling and treatment plant.

**RELEVENT EXPERIENCE**

A minimum 3 years experience in designing, installing, operating and maintaining wheat straw biomass pulp mills and/or moulded fibre thermoforming machinery, preferably Ecosure Pulpmolding Technologies pulp mills, their ECOFA 9750 moulded fibre thermoforming machines and Sovisy water recycling and treatment plants.

Pay: $27.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplementary Pay:
