Job Title: Reliability Planner

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Reliability Planner to join our team.

  • This is a key role in improving asset reliability and performance through the understanding and implementation of maintenance best practice, maintenance systems, and computerized asset management tools.

The successful candidate will work closely with an experienced maintenance and engineering team to plan, prioritize, and schedule weekly preventative maintenance activities, monthly shutdowns, and project work across the plant using their exceptional organizational skills.

  • Responsibilities include supervising, delegating, and coordinating responsibilities to maintenance contractors, ensuring they are carrying out works safely.

Additionally, the successful candidate will effectively communicate with production personnel daily for the safe and efficient maintenance of the mill and all associated equipment.

The ideal candidate will possess a high level of interpersonal skills, be tech-savvy, and proficient in Microsoft Office, SAP, or other Enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.

  • A qualification in engineering or an accomplished trade and/or planning background is essential.
  • Pulp and Paper industry experience is highly regarded but not mandatory.
  • Exposure to a 24/7 multi-process/heavy industrial manufacturing environment would be an ideal fit.
  • Flexibility to be part of an on-call roster is also required.
