**The Opportunity**:
Due to internal growth, our head office in Fairfield is looking for an Inventory Planner - Kits (Kit Planning coordinator) to work in our national parts team. This role's primary objective is to ensure an accurate and timely supply of Spare Parts Kits to our customers. A key focus for this role is creating and expediting purchase orders, responding to enquiries, and liaising with suppliers to manage order tracking and customer expectations. Other duties include:

- Communicating dispatch dates and Logistics requirements to meet customer timing requirements
- Reviewing all outstanding orders to co-ordinate and control timely delivery
- Review & manage stock levels while working closely with Supply Team to ensure it is maintained with regard to customer requirements and warehouse capacity

**Role Located**: Fairfield Office (Monday - Friday, standard office hours, two days WFH)
