**Your new opportunity**:
Key role in the On Highway team as part of the Dealer Capability group, leading the business relationship, dealer engagement and sales process management functions for Penske truck selling dealers in the NSW region.
In this role you will:
- Lead the Penske relationship with Dealer Principal and management team for all truck selling dealers in your region
- Develop strategic plans for dealer development in conjunction with the Penske On Highway team and each dealer, including key objectives and timeline for implementation
- Conduct regular structured dealer visits and identify opportunities to maximise customer support capability
- Lead the engagement with Dealer Sales Managers and support dealer sales teams in achieving truck sales targets
- Support Penske Brand managers with the development and promotion of brands and products
- Assist the national fleet team and dealers with designated national fleet accounts
**About you**:
- Experience with Commercial Vehicle sales or Dealership management
- Experience and familiarity with the heavy vehicle industry and customer base
- Relationship and/or account management experience, with a strong focus on customer support
- Skills to be able to sell and develop business
- Business development and strategic analysis capabilities
- Financial and commercial transaction experience relevant to commercial vehicle sales processes
- Mechanical knowledge and HR/HT licence are desirable
