Leading ASX listed Energy company is looking for an experienced Procurement Lead with (Clean) Energy experience to join their team.

**About the role**:

- Develop further the existing supplier and subcontractor base for power/renewable growth projects
- Lead development of sourcing strategies for Power Projects in Development stage
- Assign packages to direct reports
- The role will also manage packages assigned to them from preparation of the request for tender (RFT), through negotiation, governance and award of contracts
- Support and assist Project Managers by providing functional and procurement services
- Deliver sourcing; negotiation of variations, changes, claims, disputes, and amendments; and contracting of procurement terms and conditions
- Provide input and involvement into the development and execution of strategies, policies, and procedures to maximise procurement efficiencies for business units.
- Build and maintain relationships with a variety of internal and external stakeholders including executives and general managers

**Essentials**:

- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field and / or an equivalent in experience
- Proven experience in a similar capacity within the power sector
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
