Job Overview

An experienced IT procurement professional is required to lead complex procurement processes from start to finish, shaping the future of our client's IT landscape.

This role involves providing strategic guidance to senior stakeholders and ensuring all procurement activities are ethical, transparent, and aligned with key objectives.

  • Lead end-to-end procurement processes for complex IT projects.
  • Provide strategic procurement guidance to key stakeholders and steering committees.
  • Develop and manage procurement documentation, market research, and sourcing strategies.
  • Negotiate high-value IT contracts that align with departmental objectives.

  • Procurement of IT services and solutions.
  • Negotiation and management of IT contracts.
  • Management of IT suppliers and vendors.

Key Requirements
  • Proven experience managing complex IT procurement within a government or large private sector environment.
  • A deep understanding of QITC/GITC and General Goods & Services Frameworks.
  • Strong contract negotiation skills and a track record of successful stakeholder engagement.
  • High attention to detail, strategic thinking, and an outcome-focused approach.
