**Service Manager - Ambulance Station Hotel**

As a Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations across key areas, including the bar, gaming, and TAB. Your leadership will ensure the seamless delivery of high-quality customer service while maintaining a positive and efficient work environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage daily operations across bar, gaming, and TAB sections, ensuring all areas are running smoothly.
- Supervise and support staff, providing guidance to uphold exceptional customer service standards.
- Enforce adherence to company policies and procedures, including cash control, to ensure compliance across all operations.
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail and effective communication skills.
- Flexibility to work across varying shifts, including days, nights, and weekends.
- Rotating rosters offer an opportunity to develop expertise in all aspects of hotel management.
- Preferred food & beverage experience in a supervisor role.
- Proven management experience within a hotel or hospitality environment, ideally a minimum of 1 year experience.
- Experience in a fast-paced venue is highly valued.
- Valid RSA, RCG, and Advanced RCG certificates.
- You must be a good team player as well as poses a high level of knowledge, expertise in the hospitality industry and be open to change..
