**The Opportunity**:
As an Advisor, you are the arms and legs that are responsible for delivering the full spectrum of HR and IR solutions to our clients under the supervision of our Principal Advisers. Performing a combination of project-based work and delivering as an embedded team member your duties could include actions across the;
- full employee life cycle (i.e. recruitment to termination),
- business improvement activities such as process mapping, technology implementation and change management support; and
- technical industrial and employee relations case management and research (including EBA negotiation).

At present we have an opportunity for a Part-Time opportunity for a new team member to join us as servicing two key projects - one as an insourced SME and the other assisting with an EBA negotiation.

**About You**:
While we don't expect you to be a technical expert - we do expect a few fundamental things including;
- At minimum completion of an undergraduate Degree in Human Resources, Psychology or Industrial Relations (or similar)
- An understanding of technology and how to use it effectively
- A solid foundation in practical Human Resources and Industrial Relations including the ability to work with Awards - exposure to EBA negotiations will be highly desirable
- An insatiable desire to understand and a willingness to keep asking questions, and investigate until you do
- A fierce commitment to service
